How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs are calculated based on shipping method (air, sea, or land) and product weight/volume. Different shipping companies have different rates, so it’s best to check and compare which shipping method is most affordable and economical.
What is Buyer Protection?
Buyer Protection is a set of guarantees that enables buyers to shop with confidence on our website.
You are protected when:
- The item you ordered did not arrive within the time promised.
- The item you received was not as described.
I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 3-5 days production time for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 8-10 business days.
Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been SHIPPED.
If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business please email Royalteewraps™ at support@royalteewraps.com.
I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
Refunds: Due to Covid-19 we do not accept returns.
If a product is defective or damaged during shipping, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee. Just let us know and we will provide a return address and a replacement or refund as preferred.
If you are unsatisfied with your order – please contact our support team and we will do our best to help you out! Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address).
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on the "Contact" page.
If a product is defective or damaged, we offer a 100 % money-back guarantee. We give you 30 days to send it back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please Include name and order number on the returned parcels.
Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.
Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item has already been sent please email us at support@royalteewraps.com.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have misspelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double-check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at support@royalteewraps.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after 24 hours of providing incorrect information.

Shipping times vary based on your location. The average shipping time is 8-10 business days.
