Royalteewraps are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
*Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:
Processing time for orders is 3-5 business days (business days do not include weekends or U.S. Holidays).
These times may be extended during covid-19, natural disasters, U.S. holidays, launches/restocks, limited edition releases and promotions.
Once shipped, delivery time within the United States is 8-14 days and 10-21 business days internationally. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.
Please note, we are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by, but not limited to, the following: customs, natural occurrences, air/ground transportation strikes/delays or transfers from USPS to international mail carriers.
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.
MY TRACKING SAYS "NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT".
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
